Continue on the M1 until you reach the exit for the Bass Highway (B420). Take the exit towards Cowes. Once on the Bass Highway, follow the signs for Cowes and then turn left onto Ventnor Road (C459). Continue on Ventnor Road for about 7 kilometers until you reach Flynns Beach at 1019 Ventnor Rd, Summerlands.
