From Ningaloo Reef, head south on the highway (Exmouth-Ningaloo Rd) towards Exmouth. Continue on the highway for about 30 km until you reach the junction for the North West Coastal Highway. Merge onto North West Coastal Highway and continue for approximately 1,200 km, following signs to Geelong. Once you reach Geelong, take the exit for Geelong city center. Follow the signs directing you to Eastern Park Circuit. The Geelong Botanic Gardens will be located at the corner of Eastern Park Circuit and Podbury Drive, East Geelong VIC 3219. There is free parking available near the gardens.

From Ningaloo Reef, take a bus service to Exmouth. Once in Exmouth, catch a Greyhound bus towards Perth which stops in Geelong. Once you arrive in Geelong, you can take a local bus or taxi to reach the Geelong Botanic Gardens.
