Bus
From Noosa Junction, take the bus number 632 towards Maleny. The bus departs every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach the Maleny stop. Once you get off, head towards the main road and walk for about 10 minutes along Maleny-Montville Road until you reach Mountain View Road. Turn left and walk for another 5 minutes until you arrive at Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, located at 148 Mountain View Rd.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Noosa and ride to Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. Start from Hastings Street and head towards Noosa National Park. Follow the coastal path to Noosa Heads, then continue on the bike path towards the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Follow the signs to Maleny, and once you reach Mountain View Road, turn left and ride for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the reserve. The total cycling distance is around 30 kilometers, so make sure you're prepared for the journey.

While walking directly to Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve from Noosa is quite a long trek, you can take a scenic route.
