From Pomona, walk to the Mt Cooroora Hiking Trail entrance which is approximately 1.5 km away. Head east along the main road and follow the signs to the trailhead.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Noosa. Start at Noosa Heads and cycle along the scenic Noosa River towards Tewantin. Continue on the bike paths until you reach Pomona. The ride is roughly 25 km and will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once in Pomona, follow the road signs to the Mt Cooroora Hiking Trail entrance.

For the adventurous, you can walk from Noosa Heads to Pomona. The distance is approximately 25 km and will take around 5-6 hours. Start at the Noosa National Park entrance and follow the coastal path towards Tewantin. From Tewantin, take the walking paths that lead to Pomona.
