Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, park your car in one of the designated parking areas (note that parking fees apply, approximately AUD 8-15 per day). Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Magnetic Island, which costs around AUD 30 for a return trip. The ferry ride takes about 20-30 minutes, and you can enjoy views of the surrounding islands during the journey. You will arrive at either Nelly Bay or Horseshoe Bay, both of which provide access to the National Park.
