If you're traveling by car from Port Hedland, take the Great Northern Highway (National Route 1) heading south. After about 310 km, turn left onto the Broome Highway (National Route 1) toward Broome. Continue for approximately 70 km, then turn right onto the Gibb River Road (State Route 5). Drive for about 140 km until you reach the turnoff for Windjana Gorge. Follow the signs to Bandilngan (Windjana Gorge) National Park. The total drive from Port Hedland will take around 6 hours.
