From the center of Port Douglas, head to the main bus stop located on Macrossan Street. Look for the 'Daintree Bus Service' which operates regular services to the Daintree Discovery Centre. Purchase a ticket from the driver. The bus will take you on a scenic route through the rainforest. Make sure to inform the driver you want to get off at the Daintree Discovery Centre stop.
