From there, walk to the corner of Macrossan St and Wharf St. Continue on Wharf St until you reach the intersection with Port Douglas Rd. At the intersection, turn left onto Port Douglas Rd and follow the road for about 1.5 km. You will pass various shops and residences along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating Craiglie. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Captain Cook Highway (National Route 1) towards Craiglie. After about 2 km, you will see signs for Hutchings Park just off the highway. The park entrance is on your right. Enter the park and enjoy the natural beauty it has to offer.
