From Port Douglas, head to the nearest shuttle bus stop, which is located at the corner of Macrossan Street and Wharf Street. Look for the shuttle service that operates to Kuranda, specifically Rainforestation Nature Park. Purchase a ticket from the driver or at the shuttle service desk. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The shuttle will drop you off directly at Rainforestation Nature Park.

Walk to the Port Douglas bus stop located on Macrossan Street. Catch the local public bus towards Cairns that stops at Kuranda.
