Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards the city of Brisbane. From Riverina, take the Hume Highway (M31) heading north. Continue on M31 until you reach the junction with the Pacific Motorway (M3) and take the exit towards Brisbane. Follow the M3 until you reach the South Brisbane exit. After exiting, continue on Stanley Street, and you will find the South Bank Visitor Information Centre located at Stanley St Plaza, South Brisbane. There is limited street parking available, and you may incur parking fees depending on the duration of your stay.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Riverina to Brisbane. Board the train at your nearest station heading towards Brisbane Central. Once you arrive at Brisbane Central Station, transfer to the CityCat ferry service or take a bus towards South Bank. If you choose the CityCat, disembark at the South Bank stop. The Visitor Information Centre is a short walk from the ferry terminal at Stanley St Plaza. Please check the current fare prices for the train and CityCat services, as they may vary based on travel times.

• Bicycle

  Cycling to the South Bank Visitor Information Centre is also a great option. There are bike paths that connect Riverina and Brisbane. Once you arrive in Brisbane, you can follow the river path towards South Bank. There are bike racks available at Stanley St Plaza for secure parking. Remember to wear a helmet and follow local cycling regulations. If you don't have your own bike, consider using a bike-sharing service available in Brisbane.
