Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of West End, head east on Boundary Street towards Melbourne Street. Continue on Boundary Street for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with Russell Street, turn left. Walk for another 500 meters until you reach the South Bank Parklands. The Brisbane Sign is located near the entrance of the South Bank Parklands, close to the river.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    Locate the nearest bus stop in West End. Take any bus heading towards South Brisbane. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the South Bank stop. After disembarking, follow the signs to South Bank Parklands. The Brisbane Sign is located near the entrance of the parklands, by the river.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride east along Boundary Street. It is about a 1 kilometer ride. Upon reaching South Bank Parklands, park your bicycle at one of the designated bike racks near the entrance. The Brisbane Sign is just a short walk from there, located near the river.
