From Mittagong, head south on the Old Hume Highway (A31) for about 4 km. Turn left onto Box Vale Road and continue for approximately 3 km. You will find the entrance to Box Vale Walking Track on your left. Park your vehicle at the designated parking area. The Nattai Gorge Lookout is accessible via a walking track from here.

Take a train from Sydney to Mittagong Station. Once you arrive at Mittagong Station, exit the station and catch the bus service that heads towards Woodlands. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Box Vale Road. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the entrance of Box Vale Walking Track. Follow the track to reach the Nattai Gorge Lookout.

If you have parked at the Box Vale Walking Track parking area, follow the walking trail which is well-marked. The walk to Nattai Gorge Lookout takes approximately 30-40 minutes, and the path may be muddy in sections, so wear appropriate footwear. Enjoy the scenic views as you approach the lookout.
