From Sydney Basin, take the M1 Pacific Motorway heading south. Continue on the M1 for approximately 90 kilometers. Take the exit toward Nowra/Bomaderry and merge onto the Princes Highway (A1). Follow the Princes Highway for about 30 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Basin View. Turn onto The Wool Road and continue until you reach the picnic area. The exact address is WG2V+FW, Basin View NSW 2540.

Start your journey at Central Station in Sydney. Board a South Coast Line train towards Kiama. Get off at the Bomaderry (Nowra) station. From there, you will need to take a bus (Route 746) towards Basin View. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will need to get off at the stop closest to Wandandian Creek picnic area. The picnic area is a short walk from the bus stop.
