Start your journey from Sydney's Central Station. Take a Central Coast & Newcastle Line train towards Gosford. This train operates frequently, and the journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Gosford Station, exit the station and look for bus services. You can catch Bus 33 towards Pearl Beach. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Patonga Drive near Pearl Beach. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Mount Ettalong Point, where you can enjoy stunning views of the coastline.

Ferry and Bus
Begin at Circular Quay in Sydney. Board a ferry to Palm Beach; the ferry ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, you will need to catch Bus 199 towards Westfield Warringah Mall. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop at Patonga Drive. From there, it’s a brief walk to Mount Ettalong Point. This scenic route gives you a unique perspective of the coastline.
