Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the central area of Gosford. Head south on Mann St toward the Pacific Hwy/A49. Merge onto the Pacific Hwy/A49 and continue for about 6 kilometers. Take the exit toward Umina Beach, which will lead you onto Ocean Beach Rd. Follow Ocean Beach Rd until you reach the intersection with West St, where you will turn left. Continue straight, and you’ll find Umina Beach along the coast. Look for parking options along the beach or in designated parking areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Umina Beach using public transportation, start at Gosford Train Station. Take the Central Coast & Newcastle Line train towards Newcastle Interchange. Alight at Woy Woy Station, which is about a 15-minute ride. From Woy Woy Station, catch the bus number 62 or 64 towards Umina Beach. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Umina Beach, and you will find yourself just a short walk from the beach.
