Getting There

• Train

  If you are in the central business district (CBD) of Sydney, head to the nearest train station, such as Town Hall or Central Station. From Town Hall, take the T2, T3, or T8 train towards Liverpool or Bankstown and get off at Central Station. From Central Station, follow the signs to the exit and head towards the southern exit onto Eddy Avenue. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the intersection with Harris Street. Continue walking down Harris Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Powerhouse Ultimo at 500 Harris St.

• Light Rail

  From the CBD, make your way to the nearest light rail station, either Pyrmont Bay or The Star. If you are at Pyrmont Bay, take the light rail towards Dulwich Hill and get off at the exhibition centre stop. From there, head east on Harris Street. Powerhouse Ultimo will be on your left at 500 Harris St. If you start from The Star, take the light rail towards Central and get off at the exhibition centre stop, then follow the same directions.

• Bus

  You can catch a bus from various locations in Sydney. Make your way to a bus stop that services the city routes. Look for buses heading towards Ultimo or Glebe. Alight at the stop closest to Harris Street, such as the 'Harris St near Thomas St' stop. From the bus stop, walk south down Harris Street for a few minutes until you arrive at Powerhouse Ultimo located at 500 Harris St.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby, you can walk to Powerhouse Ultimo. From the CBD, head towards Ultimo via Ultimo Road or Pyrmont Bridge. Follow the signs towards Harris Street. Once on Harris Street, continue walking until you reach Powerhouse Ultimo at 500 Harris St. The walk is approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point.
