Public Transport - Train
If you are near a train station, take a train to Circular Quay Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Circular Quay ferry terminal. From there, you can take the bus 325 or 324 to the Observatory Hill bus stop. After getting off, walk uphill on Upper Fort Street for about 5 minutes to reach Sydney Observatory at 1003 Upper Fort St, Millers Point.

If you are in the city center, find the nearest bus stop and look for buses heading towards Millers Point. Routes such as 441 or 499 can take you close to the Observatory. Get off at the Observatory Hill bus stop and walk uphill along Upper Fort Street for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.

Walking
If you are already nearby, you can walk to Sydney Observatory. From The Rocks, head west along Argyle Street, then continue onto Upper Fort Street. Follow Upper Fort Street uphill for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Observatory at 1003 Upper Fort St, Millers Point.

Take the light rail from a nearby stop to the Pyrmont Bay stop. From Pyrmont Bay, you can walk approximately 20 minutes. Head towards Harris Street and then turn onto Upper Fort Street. Continue walking until you arrive at Sydney Observatory.
