From Mount Field National Park, take the exit onto the Lyell Highway (A10) heading towards Queenstown. Continue on the A10 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with the B52 in the town of Ouse. Turn onto the B52 and follow it for about 25 kilometers, passing through the town of Hamilton. Continue on the B52 until you reach the turnoff for Mayberry Road (C136). Turn right onto Mayberry Road and follow it for about 10 kilometers. The Mole Creek Caves will be on your left at 330 Mayberry Rd, Mayberry TAS 7304.
