If you are driving, head towards the Twelve Apostles visitor center located on Great Ocean Road. From the visitor center, follow the signs to the Twelve Apostles lookout. Continue along the road, and you'll see signs for the Tom and Eva Lookout. The lookout is approximately a 10-minute drive from the visitor center, located at the end of a short gravel road that is well marked. There is no fee to park at the lookout.

Once you arrive at the Twelve Apostles, you can walk to the lookout. Follow the marked paths towards the Tom and Eva Lookout, which is about a 20-minute walk from the main viewing area.
