Car
From Alpbachtal, take the B171 road towards Krimml. Follow the B171 for approximately 30 kilometers. As you approach Krimml, you will see signs for the Krimml Waterfalls. Turn onto the L223 road and follow it until you reach the parking area for the waterfalls. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around €5-€10 for the day.

Public Transportation
From Alpbachtal, take a bus to the nearest major station, which is in Brixlegg. From Brixlegg, board a train towards Zell am See. At Zell am See, transfer to a regional bus heading to Krimml. The bus service is regular but check the local schedules for the most accurate times. Once in Krimml, follow the signs to the Krimml Waterfalls, which is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you decide to walk from the parking area, follow the well-marked hiking trails leading to the Krimml Waterfall Overlook. The trail is scenic and well-maintained, taking approximately 30-45 minutes to reach the overlook, depending on your pace.
