Start at Bregenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Exit the train station and head west on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bregenzer Straße. Turn left onto Bregenzer Straße and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the waterfront at Bodensee (Lake Constance). Here, turn right and follow the lakeside promenade towards the city of Hard. After a pleasant 20-minute walk along the shore, you will arrive at the border of Austria and Germany. Continue walking towards Nonnenhorn, which is about 30 minutes further along the promenade. Once in Nonnenhorn, head towards Kapellenplatz, where St. Jakobus-Kapelle is located at Kapellenpl. 2.
