Public Transportation
From Eisenstadt city center, walk to the Eisenstadt train station (Bahnhof Eisenstadt). Board the train heading towards Vienna. Upon arrival at Vienna's main train station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), exit the train and follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station. Take the U4 line (green line) towards Hütteldorf. After several stops, get off at the station named 'Hietzing'. From the Hietzing station, exit and walk towards Maxingstraße. The Schönbrunn Zoo is located at Maxingstraße 13b, just a short 10-minute walk from the station.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Hietzing district of Vienna, simply head towards Maxingstraße. You can ask for directions to the Schönbrunn Palace, as the zoo is located nearby. Follow the signs towards the palace, and you will find the zoo entrance adjacent to it. The walk should take approximately 15 minutes from the palace.

From the city center of Eisenstadt, walk to the nearest tram stop and take the tram towards the train station. Once at the train station, board the train to Vienna. After arriving at Wien Hauptbahnhof, switch to tram line 58 towards 'Hietzing'. Get off at the stop 'Hietzing' and walk towards Maxingstraße. The Schönbrunn Zoo is located at Maxingstraße 13b, approximately a 10-minute walk from the tram stop.
