Getting There

• Public Transport

  From Eisenstadt city center, walk to the Eisenstadt train station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof). Once there, purchase a ticket to Vienna. Take a train towards Vienna and get off at the 'Wien Meidling' station. From Wien Meidling, transfer to the U6 subway line towards 'Siebenhirten' and get off at 'Längenfeldgasse'. At Längenfeldgasse, transfer to the U4 line towards 'Hütteldorf' and get off at 'Schönbrunn' station. From Schönbrunn, it’s a 10-minute walk to The Arrival Center Schönbrunn. Follow the signs towards the Schönbrunn Palace, and you will find the Arrival Center located near the entrance to the palace grounds.

• Bus

  From the center of Eisenstadt, head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus towards the nearest train station that connects to Vienna. Once you reach the station, purchase a ticket for a bus or train to Vienna. After arriving in Vienna, you can use the public transport system, specifically the U6 subway line from one of the central stations, and then transfer to the U4 line at Längenfeldgasse station. Finally, disembark at Schönbrunn station and follow the walking directions to The Arrival Center Schönbrunn.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to explore the area on foot, start from the Eisenstadt city center and head towards the nearest public transport stop. From there, take a bus or train as described above. Walking directly to Schönbrunn from Eisenstadt is quite a distance and not recommended due to the length, but combining walking with public transport can be a pleasant way to experience the local scenery.
