Public Transport
From Eisenstadt, head to Eisenstadt train station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof). Take the train towards Vienna (Wien). The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Mitte station, transfer to the U-Bahn (Metro) line U4 towards Heiligenstadt. Get off at the 'Karlsplatz' station. From Karlsplatz, transfer to line U2 towards Aspernstraße and get off at 'Schottentor' station. Exit the station and walk towards the Ringstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the Augarten Park. The Vienna Porcelain Manufactory Augarten is located at Obere Augartenstraße 1, just inside the park.
Bus
From Eisenstadt, go to the nearest bus stop and take the bus towards Vienna. Depending on the service, your bus journey will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Vienna, disembark at the nearest bus stop to the Augarten area. From there, you can either walk or take a tram. If you choose to walk, head towards the Augarten Park entrance at Obere Augartenstraße. The porcelain manufactory is located just inside the park.
Walking
If you are already in central Eisenstadt and prefer to explore on foot, start at the Haydn House (Joseph Haydn Geburtshaus). Walk towards the main square (Hauptplatz) and then head towards the Eisenstadt train station. From there, you can follow the same steps as the public transport option by taking the train to Vienna and transferring to the U-Bahn. However, this will involve a longer journey, so it is advisable to utilize public transport.
