If you're driving to the Salzburg Museum, start by heading towards the city center of Salzburg. From Eisriesenwelt, take the B162 road towards Salzburg. After approximately 30 minutes, merge onto A1 heading towards Salzburg. Continue on A1 for about 15 km until you reach the Salzburg West exit. Follow the signs for Salzburg Zentrum. Once you enter the city, look for signs leading to the Altstadt (Old Town). Mozartplatz will be on your right, and the museum is located at Mozartpl. 1. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of parking fees.

Public Transportation
To reach the Salzburg Museum via public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Eisriesenwelt. Take the bus that heads towards Werfen. At Werfen train station, transfer to a train heading to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main station). The train ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and take tram line 1 or 2 towards the city center. After a few stops, get off at Mozartsteg. From there, it's a short walk to the museum. Head straight down the street towards the river, cross the bridge, and you’ll see Mozartpl. 1 just ahead.
