Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof Graz), exit the station and head towards the tram stop located right outside the station. Take tram line 1 or 7 in the direction of 'Jakominiplatz'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Jakominiplatz' stop. From here, walk through the pedestrian area and follow the signs towards the Old Town. As you walk, you'll pass many shops and cafes, which is a great opportunity to grab a snack or take photos. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to the Old Town at 'Hauptplatz', the central square.

  • Public Transport (Tram)

    From the 'Kunsthaus Graz', walk to the 'Lendplatz' tram stop, which is about a 5-minute walk. Board tram line 7 towards 'Jakominiplatz'. After a short ride of about 5 minutes, get off at 'Jakominiplatz'. You can then walk through the pedestrian area to reach the Old Town.
