Public Transport
From Graz city center, head to the Jakominiplatz tram stop. Take tram line 1 towards 'Graz Eggenberg' and stay on the tram for about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Schloss Eggenberg' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the entrance of the castle, which is just a short walk away.
Walking
If you are near Graz's main square (Hauptplatz), start by walking towards the ‘Kaiser-Josef-Platz’. From there, walk straight to the ‘Griesplatz’ and continue on to the Eggenberger Allee. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and leads you through the charming streets of Graz. Follow Eggenberger Allee until you see the entrance to Schloss Eggenberg on your right.
Bus
From Graz's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take bus line 30 towards 'Graz Eggenberg'. The bus ride takes around 15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Schloss Eggenberg' stop. The castle will be within walking distance once you get off the bus.
