Continue your journey until you reach the parking area at the start of the hiking trail leading to Oberer Glatzsee. The closest major parking area is at the 'Pflanzgarten' viewpoint, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the toll station at the entrance of the road. Note that there is a toll fee of around €38 for a car, valid for one day, giving you access to the entire road. After parking, follow the marked hiking trail for about 1.5 to 2 hours (approximately 4.5 km) towards Oberer Glatzsee, enjoying the stunning alpine scenery along the way.
