Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you are starting from the Innsbruck Main Train Station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof), walk to the tram stop located directly outside the station. Take the tram line 1 towards 'Igls' or line 2 towards 'Tulfes'. You will need to get off at the 'Südtiroler Platz' stop, which is just a few minutes ride. Once you exit the tram, you will see the Südtiroler Platz directly in front of you.

  • Walking

    From the Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl) in the Old Town, head west on Herzog-Friedrich-Straße. Continue until you reach the intersection with Maria-Theresien-Straße. Turn left onto Maria-Theresien-Straße and walk straight until you reach the 'Südtiroler Platz' which is located on your right side, just a few blocks down. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you are near the Innsbruck Congress, you can take bus line 4141 from the stop 'Innsbruck Congress' towards 'Hall in Tirol'. Get off at the 'Südtiroler Platz' stop. The bus ride is approximately 10-15 minutes. After disembarking, you will find the Südtiroler Platz nearby.
