Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by heading southeast on B50 from Neusiedl am See. Follow the B50 for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the A4 motorway. Merge onto the A4 towards Vienna. Stay on the A4 for about 40 kilometers, then take exit 16 towards Wien-Zentrum. Keep left at the fork to continue on B227, then follow signs for Mariahilfer Strasse. Continue straight until you reach Mariahilfer Strasse 2, where Kabinettpassage is located. Parking may be available nearby, but check local signs for any fees.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start at the Neusiedl am See train station. Take the train to Vienna Hauptbahnhof (approximately 30 minutes). From there, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U1 in the direction of Leopoldau. Get off at Stephansplatz and transfer to U3 towards Ottakring. Alight at the Zieglergasse station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Kabinettpassage. Head northwest on Zieglergasse, then turn left onto Mariahilfer Strasse. Kabinettpassage will be on your right at number 2. Ensure you have a valid ticket for the train and subway, which costs around €2.40.

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing service from your location in Lake Neusiedl. This method is convenient but may be more expensive, costing approximately €50-€70, depending on traffic.
