From Lake Neusiedl, take the A4 motorway towards Vienna. After approximately 30 kilometers, take exit 42-Vienna-Floridsdorf toward B227. Continue on B227 and follow signs towards the city center (Innere Stadt). Once you reach the center, look for parking facilities nearby, as there are few options directly at Volksgarten. The park is located at 1010 Vienna, just a short walk from popular landmarks like the Hofburg Palace.

Catch a train from Lake Neusiedl to Vienna at the nearest train station. The main station to board is in the town of Neusiedl am See. Once in Vienna, disembark at Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station). From there, take the U1 (red line) subway towards Leopoldau and transfer at Stephansplatz to the U3 (orange line) towards Simmering. Get off at Volkstheater station. From the station, it's a 10-minute walk to Volksgarten. Follow the signs toward the Hofburg Palace and you will find the park nearby.
