From the city center's Hauptplatz (Main Square), walk east on Hauptstraße for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Schlossplatz. Turn right onto Schlossplatz, where you will see the entrance to the Schlosspark. Enter the park and follow the main path. The park is free to enter.

If arriving at Eisenstadt train station, take bus line 1 or 2 towards the city center and get off at the 'Schlossplatz' stop. From there, enter Schlosspark through the main entrance and walk along the main path. A single bus ride costs €1.
