The bus departs regularly and the journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Gosausee' stop. From there, follow the signs toward the lake, which is a short walk of about 10-15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take a train from Salzburg to the town of Golling-Abtenau (about 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Golling-Abtenau station, transfer to the bus service heading to Gosauseen.
