From Salzburg city center, head to the 'Salzburg Hauptbahnhof' (main train station). Once at the station, look for the bus terminal located outside. Take bus number 150 towards 'St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut'. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Make sure to get off at the 'St. Wolfgang - Marktplatz' stop, which is the main square in St. Wolfgang. From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the lakefront area, where you can enjoy the scenic views.

Start at 'Salzburg Hauptbahnhof' and take a train towards 'Attnang-Puchheim'. This train ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Attnang-Puchheim', transfer to a bus heading to 'St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at 'St. Wolfgang - Marktplatz' and from there, walk 5 minutes to reach the lakefront.
