Public Transport
From Schladming train station, take a bus towards Ramsau am Dachstein. Alight at the Preunegg village. From there, it is a short walk uphill to Alpine Lodge. Bus fare is approximately €6.
Taxi
From Schladming, a taxi to Alpine Lodge Schladming Dachstein takes about 15-20 minutes. The estimated cost is between €25-€35.
Driving
From Schladming, follow the B320 road, then take the exit towards Preunegg. Continue on the Preunegg Landesstrasse. Be aware that the final ascent to the lodge involves a steep, winding road. In winter, snow chains may be necessary. Parking is available at the lodge. During the summer, there is a toll to access the road, but it is waived if you have a valid reservation for the Dachstein cable car.
