Public Transport
From Schladming, take the regional bus towards Ramsau am Dachstein. Get off at the 'Ramsau Lodenwalker' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk south, following signs for Silberkarklamm. Buses 962 and 964 run between Silberkarklamm and Dachsteinruhe. A single bus ride from Ramsau costs approximately €2-3. Check the Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe (RVB) for current schedules and fares.
Driving
From Ramsau am Dachstein town center, follow the L711 south. After leaving the main town, follow signs for Silberkarklamm. The road passes the historic Lodenwalkerei (textile mill) before reaching the Silberkarklamm car park. Parking is available, but can be limited during peak season and may have a fee.
Walking
From the 'Ramsau Lodenwalker' bus stop, walk south following signs for Silberkarklamm. The well-marked path leads past the Lodenwalkerei and uphill to the gorge entrance. The walk takes approximately 15 minutes. Note that there is an entrance fee to access the Silberkarklamm: Adults €4.90, Children €2.90.
