Car
If you are traveling by car, head to Neustift im Stubaital. From the village center, take the B183 road towards the Stubaital Glacier. Continue on B183 until you reach the parking area near the Elferbahnen cable car station. The drive typically takes around 30 minutes from Innsbruck. Public Transportation
To reach Mairspitze using public transportation, take the Stubaital bus (line 590) from Innsbruck to Neustift im Stubaital. Get off at the 'Neustift, Elferbahnen' stop. From there, you can take the Elferbahn cable car to the top station. The cable car ticket costs approximately €20 for a round trip. Once at the top, follow the marked hiking trails to Mairspitze, which is about a 1-hour hike from the cable car station.
