Once at the station, purchase a ticket to "Petronell-Carnuntum". Trains to this destination run regularly, typically every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. After you arrive at Petronell-Carnuntum station, exit the station and follow signs to the Archäologischer Park, which is approximately a 15-minute walk (1.2 km). Head southeast on Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Scharndorferweg. The entrance to the park will be on your left.

    Alternatively, you can take a bus from Vienna. Start at the Wien Erdberg Bus Terminal, which can be accessed via U3 (Orange Line) subway to Erdberg station. From Erdberg, purchase a ticket for a bus to "Petronell-Carnuntum". The bus ride will take around 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive, the Archäologischer Park is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Just follow the signs towards Scharndorferweg and walk along it until you reach the park entrance.
