From Bregenz city center or the main train station, take the Stadtwerke Bregenz bus line 101 directly to the Pfänderbahn valley station. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the station. The journey takes approximately 5-8 minutes, with buses departing hourly. A single ticket costs between €1 and €2.

Walking
The Pfänderbahn valley station is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Bregenz train station or a 5-minute walk from the Bregenz Hafen (harbor) station. Follow the signs towards the Pfänderbahn. The route from the harbor is particularly scenic, passing along the lakefront.

From the A14 motorway, take the exit towards Bregenz. Follow the signs to the Pfänderbahn. Parking is available at the Parkhaus Pfänderbahn P15 (Schillerstraße 3) and Parkplatz Pfänderbahn P6 (Steinbruchgasse 4). Passengers receive the first three hours of parking free upon validation of their parking ticket at the Pfänderbahn ticket counter. Parking costs vary, but expect to pay around €5 per hour.
