From the Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl), a landmark in Innsbruck's Old Town, the Hofburg is a short, pleasant walk of approximately 3 minutes. Head east along Hofgasse, and the palace will be directly ahead on Rennweg. Note that due to construction, access via Hofgasse may be limited; Rennweg 1 offers easy access.
