Upon entering Thumersbach, follow Talstrasse for approximately 500 meters, keeping an eye out for signs pointing to 'Ronachkopf' or 'Skitourenparkplatz'. The free parking area and the start of the ascent will be on your left. The walk from Zell am See center to the Ronachkopf trailhead is approximately 4-5 kilometers.

    From Zell am See, head towards Thumersbach. Follow the main road (Talstrasse) for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Ronachkopf' or 'Skitourenparkplatz'. A free parking area is available near the bridge in the Thumersbach valley. From the parking area, the ascent to Ronachkopf begins. Parking is free.
