Nafingsee is most easily accessed from the Weidener Hütte. From the Weidener Hütte, follow the signs towards Nafingsee. The walk is relatively short and easy, taking approximately 1.25 hours to cover the 1.2 km distance. The path is well-maintained and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. There are no specific costs associated with this final approach.
Public Transport

To reach the vicinity of Nafingsee using public transport, take the bus to Weerberg. From Weerberg, you can hike to Innerst. From Innerst, follow the trail towards Weidener Hütte, and then continue to Nafingsee. Bus tickets from Innsbruck to Weer cost approximately €5-€8. A bus ride from Vomp to Weerberg is about €1-€3. From Innerst to Weidener Hütte is approximately a 2-hour hike.
Driving

To drive to the vicinity of Nafingsee, take the A12 Inntal motorway to the Vomp exit. Follow the road to Pill and then to Weerberg. In Weerberg, follow signs to Innerst, where you can find a parking area. Parking is free. From Innerst, hike towards Weidener Hütte and then to Nafingsee. The hike from Innerst to Weidener Hütte is approximately 2 hours.
