Continue along Zellbergstraße until the second bend, then turn left at house number Zellberg 110. A forest path leads to the Talbach Waterfall. The walk from Zell am Ziller is approximately 1 hour. No costs involved.

  • Public Transport

    Take the Zillertalbahn train to the Laimach Regionalmuseum station. From the station, it's approximately a 30-minute walk to the Talbach Waterfall. Follow signs towards Zellberg, then look for the path leading to the waterfall near house number Zellberg 110. Alternatively, take a bus to Ramsau i. Z. Ärztehaus, and walk from there. A single bus fare from Mayrhofen to Ramsau i. Z. costs approximately €2-€3. A single train ride costs approximately €4-€6.

  • Driving

    From Zell am Ziller, drive south on road 169 towards Laimach. Upon reaching Laimach, follow signs for Talbach Wasserfall. A designated parking area is available near Brandach 219. Parking is limited, especially during peak season. From the parking area, the waterfall is a short walk away. Parking costs are approximately €3 per hour, with a daily maximum of €10.
