From the center of Lankaran, Şəhidlər Dairəsi is accessible by foot. Head east on Nizami Street, continuing for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Quba-Lankaran Road (A221). Turn left onto A221 and continue for another 1.5 kilometers. The park will be on your right. The walk is roughly 2.5 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes.
