Lake Göygöl, meaning "Blue Lake" in Azerbaijani, is a natural wonder located in the Goygol District, approximately 45 kilometers south of Ganja. This alpine lake, situated at 1,556 meters above sea level, boasts a mesmerizing azure hue that reflects the surrounding forests and sky with remarkable clarity.
