Walking
Philarmonia Garden is located next to Baku fortress. From the Maiden Tower, walk north along Kichik Qala Street, then turn right onto Istiglaliyyat Street. The garden will be on your right, next to the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
Take the Baku Metro to Icherisheher station. Upon exiting the station, walk along Istiglaliyyat Street. The garden will be on your right, next to the Philharmonic Hall. A single metro fare costs 0.30 AZN, and a BakiKart (required for metro travel) costs 2 AZN.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Baku. Request a ride to Philarmonia Garden or the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall. From the city center, a short taxi ride will typically cost between 3-7 AZN, depending on the distance and traffic. Taxi apps like Uber and Bolt are also available.
