Walking
From the Nizami Street shopping district, head north towards the Heydar Aliyev Palace. Winter Park is located directly behind the palace, accessible via multiple entrances. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. There are no costs involved.
Public Transport
Take the Baku Metro to the '28 May' station, which is a short walk from Winter Park. From the station, walk along Mirzaga Aliyev Street. The park will be on your left. A single metro fare costs 0.30 AZN and requires a BakiKart.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Baku. Request a ride to Winter Park (Qış Parkı). From the city center, a taxi ride will typically cost between 3-5 AZN. Be sure the driver uses the meter or agree on a fare beforehand.
