Getting There

  • Taxi

    From Manama, taxis are readily available. Ensure the meter is running or agree on a fare before departing. The ride to BIC is approximately 30 km and should take around 25 minutes. Expect to pay between 10-15 BHD. Uber and Careem are also available.

  • Public Transport

    While public buses don't directly service the BIC, you can take bus routes A2 or 70 to the University Terminus. From there, it's approximately a 4km walk to the circuit, or you can take a taxi. Bus fare is around 0.25 BHD. A taxi from the University Terminus to BIC will cost approximately 3-5 BHD.

  • Car

    If driving, head south from Manama on the Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway. Follow signs for the Bahrain International Circuit. Parking is available at the circuit. Parking is free for vehicles with at least three ticket holders; otherwise, it costs 10 BHD. During major events, a shuttle bus service operates from a dedicated parking area at the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC).

The Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) is more than just a racetrack; it's a symbol of Bahrain's vision to become a leading destination for motorsport and tourism.
