If you are staying in the Lalbagh area, you can easily walk to Hussaini Dalan. Start at Lalbagh Fort, head east on Lalbagh Rd, then turn left onto Hussaini Dalan Rd. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you'll see the entrance to Hussaini Dalan on your right.
