Walking
From the Rajshahi Railway Station, head south toward the main road. Once you reach the main road (Dhaka-Rajshahi Highway), turn left and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Kadirganj Road. Here, you can catch a local rickshaw or CNG to Katra Masjid. The fare should be reasonable, approximately 50-100 BDT depending on the negotiation.

If you're closer to the main market area (Bengal Bazar), you can easily find a rickshaw or CNG. Just tell the driver to take you to Katra Masjid. It’s about a 15-20 minute ride, and you should expect to pay around 100-150 BDT.

You can also take a local bus heading towards the outskirts of Rajshahi that passes near Katra Masjid. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Katra. Buses run frequently, and the fare is generally around 20-30 BDT. Once you get off, Katra Masjid will be a short walk away.
